Tieslietu ministre Inese Lībiņa-Egnere (no kreisās), Lemkina instituta līdzdibinātāja un izpilddirektore Elisa fon Džodena-Forgeja un Norvēģijas Starptautisko tiesību akadēmijas stipendiāte Sesīlija Hellestveita piedalās starptautiskā konferencē "Krievijas karš pret bērniem" ("Russia’s War on Children"), kas pulcē juristus, žurnālistus, cilvēktiesību aizstāvju nevalstisko organizāciju pārstāvjus, diplomātus un citus cilvēktiesību, ārvalstu tiesību un kara noziegumu ekspertus, lai diskutētu par iespējām Ukrainai atgūt nolaupītos bērnus.
