Itālijas vēstnieks Latvijā Alesandro Monti (otrais no kreisās), Francijas vēstniece Latvijā Aurēlija Ruajē Gunēna, Eiropas Komisijas Ziemeļjūras-Baltijas TEN-T koridora koordinatore Katrīna Trautmane (Catherine Trautmann), satiksmes ministrs Kaspars Briškens, pasākuma vadītājs Valdis Melderis un Francijas Ārējās tirdzniecības, ekonomikas veicināšanas lietu, frankofonijas un ārvalstīs dzīvojošo francūžu lietu ministrs Franks Riesters (Franck Riester) piedalās "Rail Baltica" svinīgajā pasākumā, kuras laikā izveido kapsulu ar vēstījumu nākamajām paaudzēm, kuru iebūvēs pamattrases pamatos.
