Francijas vēstniece Latvijā Aurēlija Ruajē Gunēna (no kreisās), Eiropas Komisijas Ziemeļjūras-Baltijas TEN-T koridora koordinatore Katrīna Trautmane (Catherine Trautmann), satiksmes ministrs Kaspars Briškens, Francijas Ārējās tirdzniecības, ekonomikas veicināšanas lietu, frankofonijas un ārvalstīs dzīvojošo francūžu lietu ministrs Franks Riesters (Franck Riester), finanšu ministrs Arvils Ašeradens un pasākuma vadītājs Valdis Melderis piedalās "Rail Baltica" svinīgajā pasākumā, kuras laikā izveido kapsulu ar vēstījumu nākamajām paaudzēm, kuru iebūvēs pamattrases pamatos.
